新中国成立以后中苏出版物交换的回顾与分析

Review and Analysis of the Publication Exchange Between China and the Soviet Union after the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

中苏两国的出版物交换工作肇始于1949年,出版物交换不仅促进了中苏两国图书馆的文献资源建设,同时也加深了两国文化的交流共融。受不同历史时期中苏两国关系的影响,中国国家图书馆(时北京图书馆)与苏联各图书情报机构的出版物交换工作经历了四个主要发展阶段并总体呈现出合作机构类型多样、双边合作积极有为、交换内容全面务实等基本特征。回顾1949年新中国成立至1991年苏联解体期间中苏两国出版物交换的历史,并对既往交换实践进行总结分析对于当下中俄出版物交换工作的探索与创新具有重要的现实意义。

The publication exchange between China and the Soviet Union started in 1949.The publication exchange not only promoted the construction of literature resources in the libraries of China and the Soviet Union,but also deepened the cultural exchange and integration between the two countries.Influenced by the relationship between China and the Soviet Union in different historical periods,the publication exchange between National Library of China(Beijing Library)and the library and information institutions of the Soviet Union has gone through four major development stages,showing the basic characteristics of various types of cooperation institutions,positive bilateral cooperation and comprehensive and pragmatic exchange contents.It is of great practical significance to review the history of publication exchange between China and the Soviet Union from the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949 to the disintegration of the Soviet Union in 1991,summarize and analyze the past exchange practices for the exploration and innovation of current Sino-Russian publication exchange work.
