青藏铁路格拉段扩能改造方案比选 被引量:2

Comparison and Selection of Capacity Expansion Scheme of Golmud-Lhasa Section of Qinghai-Tibet Railway

摘要 青藏线格拉段是西藏自治区对外铁路货物运输的主通道,目前,青藏线格拉段扩能改造工程已经完工,线路输送能力可适应至2025年。随着西藏自治区同内地之间的物资交流和人员往来迅猛增长,格拉段运输能力难以满足未来西藏自治区的发展需求,需提高其线路运输能力。结合既有铁路的运营现状及近、远期预测客货运量,对青藏铁路格拉段扩能改造方案进行研究,采用比较法、综合分析法等对内燃牵引扩能和电气化改建扩能两大方案进行定性及定量比选论证,推荐采用满足运输需求、提高运输质量、节约运输成本、同时避免远期延长到发线工程对既有线运营造成再次干扰的电化方案。研究可为铁路扩能改造项目确定合理的改造方案提供参考。 The Golmud-Lhasa section of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway is the main corridor for the outward railway freight transportation in Tibet Autonomous Region.At present,the capacity expansion and renovation project of the Golmud-Lhasa section of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway was completed,the transportation capacity of which will remain to be adequate until 2025.With the rapid growth of material and personnel exchanges between the Tibet and the inland in past years,it became difficult for the transportation capacity of the Golmud-Lhasa section to meet the development needs of the Tibet Autonomous Region in the future.Thus,further renovation of the route is needed to increase the route capacity.On the basis of the operation situation of existing railways and the forecast of passenger and freight traffic volume in the near and long term,this paper studied the capacity expansion and renovation schemes of the Golmud-Lhasa section of the Qinghai-Tibet railway,and made qualitative and quantitative comparison and selection of the two major schemes.Capacity expansion of internal combustion traction and capacity expansion of electrification renovation were analyzed,and the scheme of extending the effective length of the arrival-departure lines and electrification were suggested which has advantages of meeting the transportation demand,improving the transportation quality,saving the transportation cost,and avoiding further obstacles to the operation of the existing routes for the long-term extension projects.The research can provide a reference for determining a reasonable renovation scheme for railway capacity expansion and renovation projects.
