摘要
大豆菌核病致病菌为核盘菌属,核盘菌菌株间存在致病力差异,探索核盘菌菌株致病力与菌株过氧化物酶(POD,Peroxidase)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD,Superoxide Dismutase)活性关系,为明确核盘菌致病机制提供新思路,为病害防治提供基础研究。分离得到黑龙江省大豆菌核病致病菌10株,离体叶片接种法检测菌株致病力,测定比较菌株体内POD及SOD活性。结果表明:黑龙江省大豆菌核病菌致病力分化较大,菌株致病力差异与菌核来源地无明显相关;同一菌株体内POD和SOD活性表现相似;致病力差异较大菌株间的POD及SOD酶活性亦存在差异,菌株致病力强弱与POD及SOD酶活性正相关,核盘菌菌株致病力越强,POD和SOD活性越大。
The pathogenic fungus of Sclerotinia stem rot in soybean was Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary,and there were differences among strains of S.sclerotiorum in the pathogenicity.To explore the relationship between the pathogenicity and the enzymatic activities of POD(Peroxidase)and SOD(Superoxide Dismutase)in strains,which provided a new way of understanding the pathogenic mechanism of S.sclerotiorum and preliminary studies for the prevention and treatment of sclerotiniose.Ten pathogenic strains from Heilongjiang province were collected and isolated.The strains pathogenicity was detected by inoculating leaves in vitro,and the activities of POD and SOD in the strains were measured and compared.The results showed that the pathogenicity of S.sclerotiorum in Heilongjiang province was quite different,and there was no significant correlation between the pathogenicity and the source of S.sclerotiorum.The activities of POD and SOD were consistent in a same strain.The pathogenicity of the strains was correlated with the activity of POD and SOD,and the stronger the pathogenicity of the strain of S.sclerotiorum,the higher the activity of POD and SOD.
