基于Stackelberg博弈模型的猪饲料供应链优化

摘要 鉴于饲料供应商和养殖基地处于猪饲料供应链的上游,为解决饲料供应非合作条件下供应链稳定和利益保障问题,引入Stackelberg博弈模型,研究具有市场规模地位的1个供应商和1个养殖基地的合作博弈。研究结果表明,存在合作的饲料和猪肉均衡定价,饲料供应商的边际成本一般要高于养殖基地的边际成本,主从方根据定价比调整利润分配。由此需要通过实施供给侧结构性改革、组建供应联盟、VMI库存决策等途径,对猪饲料供应链进行优化调整,以满足消费者的多元化需求,促进行业健康发展。 As the upstream of the pig feed supply chain,the feed supplier and breeding base have leader-follower character.To solve the problem of the stability and beneficial guarantee of supply chain under non-cooperative conditions,the Stackelberg game model was introduced to study the cooperative game between one supplier and one breeding base with market scale status.The results show that there is a cooperative equilibrium pricing of feed and pork,the marginal cost of feed supplier is generally higher than that of breeding base,and the profit distribution is adjusted according to the pricing ratio.Therefore,we need to optimize and adjust the pig feed supply chain through the implementation of supply side structural reform,the establishment of supply alliance,VMI inventory decision-making and other ways,so as to meet the diversified needs of consumers and promote the healthy development of the industry.
