基于PLC时控紫外线消毒装置的设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的设计一种具有延时累计计时功能的紫外线消毒装置,实现消毒护理的集中自由的精细化管理。方法选择急诊重症、呼吸、外伤性疾病等易感染及重度污染病区2个、轻度污染的内科病区2个、检查室区2个、门诊检查室区2个、实验室区2个、手术室区1个共计11个紫外线消毒代表区,对256名医护人员的职业暴露情况进行统计分析。其中职业暴露发生率分别为71.00%、67.00%、46.00%、59.00%、45.00%、42.00%。紫外线暴露次数占比高达100.0%。利用OMRON CPIE-E60可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)进行编程设计,采用一键消毒方式,分区布控复位开关;在中央护理站或医护限制区安装操作显示屏,操作显示器与PLC通过局域网进行通信。分析临床试用结果、满意度,计算暴露发生率和暴露次数占比。结果基于PLC时控紫外线消毒装置系统一方面做到了消毒预约启动,准确控制灯管工作时长,实现消毒工作的统一自动化管理;另一方面,用户还可通过显示器(触摸屏)对PLC的寄存器或者数字量进行改写操作,根据具体要求、具体情况进行灵活设置,真正实现消毒管理的按需化。在有效控制护理成本的基础上提高消毒质量。消毒护理工作的满意度提高57.6%;平均暴露发生率降低86.9%,平均职业暴露次数占比由原来的100.0%降为1.5%。结论应用PLC编程控制的紫外线消毒模式,一定程度上改善了医疗护理条件,提高了消毒质量,实现了紫外线消毒的统一、灵活、自动精细化管理模式。 Objective To design an ultraviolet disinfection device with function of time delay and accumulation,and achieve refined management of disinfection.Methods A total of 11 representative areas for ultraviolet(UV)disinfection were enrolled,which included 2 infectious and heavily polluted areas such as emergency severe,respiratory,traumatic diseases,2 lightly polluted internal medicine areas,2 examination rooms,2 outpatient examination rooms,2 laboratories,and 1 operating room,and the occupational exposure of 256 medical staff was statistically analyzed.The incidence of occupational exposure was 71.00%,67.00%,46.00%,59.00%,45.00%,42.00%,respectively.The number of UV exposures accounted for 100.0%.The OMRON CPIE-E60 programmable logic controller(PLC)was used for programming design,and one-key model was adopted to reset switch of zone deployment.The operation display screen was installed in central nursing station or medical care restricted area,the operation display and PLCcommunicate by the local area network.The clinical trial results,satisfaction,calculated exposure incidence and proportion of exposure times were analyzed.Results The UV disinfection device based on PLCtime control was performed disinfection appointment start,accurately controlled working time of the lamp,and achieved unified and automated management of disinfection work.The users were also rewritten PLCregisters or digital quantities by display(touch screen),and set them flexibly according to specific requirements and specific conditions,so as to really achieved on-demand disinfection management,and improved quality of disinfection on basis of effective control of nursing costs.The satisfaction of disinfection care were increased by 57.6%;the mean exposure rate decreased by 86.9%,and mean occupational exposure rate decreased from 100.0%to 1.5%.Conclusion It is demonstrated that UV disinfection mode controlled by PLCprogramming improves medical care conditions and disinfection quality,and obtains unified,flexible,automatic and refined management mode of UV disinfection.
