万家庄矿原煤洗选工艺的研究

Study on raw coal washing process in Wanjiazhuang mine

本文通过对万家庄煤矿的采煤方法、煤层赋存情况和煤质化验结果进行试验分析,并通过对该矿原煤进行工业化洗选试验,得出本矿原煤矸石含量大、中煤极难选、矸石中等泥化等特性。针对该矿原煤特性,分析研究了适合该矿原煤洗选的分选工艺。

This paper analyzes the coal mining method,coal seam occurrence and coal quality test results of Wanjiazhuang coal mine,the industrial washing test of raw coal was carried out,it is concluded that the raw coal gangue content is large,the middle coal is extremely difficult to be separated and the gangue is moderately argillized.According to the characteristics of raw coal in the mine,the separation technology suitable for raw coal washing was analyzed and studied.
