现代化的国家需要现代化的政党。2035年的远景目标是基本实现社会主义现代化,这一目标为中国共产党确立了新的历史使命。中国共产党是一个使命型政党,推动基本实现社会主义现代化,要求中国共产党承担起实现国家富强、民族振兴和人民幸福的历史责任,要求建立一个有权威的强有力的中国共产党。面对民族复兴历史进程中的各种挑战,不断加强党的建设,在推进社会革命的同时不断推进自我革命,是中国革命、建设和改革取得成功的法宝,是最重要、最宝贵、最基本的经验。

A modern country needs a modern political party.The long-range objectives through 2035 are to basically realize socialist modernization,which has established a new historical mission for the CPC.The CPC is a mission-oriented party.To basically realize socialist modernization,the CPC is required to undertake the historical responsibility of achieving the prosperity of the country,the rejuvenation of the nation and the happiness of the people,and also to develop into a powerful and authoritative political party.In the face of various challenges in the historical process of national rejuvenation,the most important,precious and basic experience for Chinese revolution,development and reform are to continuously strengthen the Party building and promote selfrevolution while promoting social revolution.
