在我国迈向现代化国家建设的新征程中,有三个关键词及其逻辑关系决定着现代化国家建设的前途和命运,即坚持党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国的有机统一。"三者有机统一"是基本政治原则,展开后是一个由"四梁八柱"构成的政治逻辑链。"四梁"是指党委领导、人大决定、政府执行、政协协商。"八柱"是指人民有所呼、人大有所应、党委有所引、政协有所商、法律有所定、政府有所为、两院有所司、监委有所督。中国社会主义现代化国家建设新征程,必须是坚持"三者有机统一"的实践过程。坚持"三者有机统一"不仅是有效推进改革开放的制胜法宝,也是有力推进现代化国家建设的制胜法宝。只要始终坚持"三者有机统一",就能够从根本上把准现代化国家建设新征程的航向,最终实现中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟目标。

In China’s new journey of modernization,its future and destiny will be determined by three keywords and their logical relations,that is,organically integrating the leadership of the Party,the position of the people as masters of the country and the rule of law.Such "organic integration" is the basic political principle as well as a political logic chain composed of "four beams and eight pillars".The "four beams" refer to the leadership of the Party committee,decision-making by the people’s congresses,implementation of the government,and consultation with the CPPCC;the "eight pillars" refer to the people’s demands,responses of the people’s congresses,the Party committee’s guidance,the CPPCC’s consultation,the legal provisions,the government’s actions,judicature by the supreme people’s court and the supreme people’s procuratorate,and the supervisory commission’s supervision.The new journey of building China into a modern socialist country must be a practical process of adhering to the "organic integration".Adhering to the "organic integration" is a magic weapon for effectively promoting reform and opening up and for building China into a modern country.As long as we always adhere to it,we will be able to fundamentally steer the new journey of building a modern country onto the right track,and finally achieve the grand goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
