2035年中国将进入“基本实现社会主义现代化”阶段,中国共产党领导中国人民在经历了民生救国、民生立国、民生富国之后,迈入民生强国的发展阶段。民生体现一个国家、一个民族的自信、骨气和价值“尊严”。2035年中国将以民生基础更加坚实完善、收入消费更加充盈宽裕、居住出行更加舒适便捷、文化教育更加丰富优质、安全健康更加牢固可靠彰显中华民族与中国人民的“尊严”。实现高质量、高品质、高水平、高层次、高规格的民生,必须走改革创新、平衡协调、绿色低碳、开放包容、共赢共享之路,从组织、思想、制度、价值、精神上建构坚实保障。

In 2035,China will enter the stage of "basically realizing socialist modernization".The CPC has led the Chinese people in saving and building the country and making it prosperous in the modern history,and now they will enter the development stage of making China strong by raising people’s livelihood.People’s livelihood symbolizes the self-confidence,character and "dignity" of a country or a people.In 2035,China will show the world the "dignity" of the Chinese nation and the Chinese people with a more solid and sound foundation for people’s livelihood,higher income and ample consumption,more comfortable and convenient living and travel conditions,universal and flourishing culture and education,and more reliable protection of people’s safety and health.To achieve high-quality,high-level and high-standard livelihood,we must embark on a road which pursues reform and innovations,is balanced and coordinated,focuses on green and low-carbon development,stresses opening and inclusiveness,and seeks win-win cooperation and sharing;and provide a strong guarantee in the organizational,ideological,institutional,value and spiritual areas.
