新形势下中小企业减压纾困的法治路径探究

On the Legal Path of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises'Relief under the New Situation

当前,国内外经济形势风云变幻,给中小企业带来了前所未有的生存考验。中小企业若要于逆境之中“突破重围”,不仅需要国家精准施策“止血输血”,还需法治力量的保驾护航。现阶段,必须增强法治观念,善用法治思维,以健全法律制度体系、提升司法服务水平、增强行政法治能力>打出法治“组合拳”,精准助力中小企业砥砺前行、化危为机。

At present,the volatile economic situation at home and abroad has brought an unprecedented test of survival to small and medium-sized enterprises(the"SMEs").If they want to"break through encirclement"in the face of difficulties,they need not only the government's targeted policy support in order to"stop losing blood and receive blood",but also the escort of legal powers.At this point,we must strengthen the concept of rule of law;make good use of the rule of law thinking;take a combination of measures including comprehensively improving the legal system,increasing the level of judicial service,and enhancing the capacity in law-based administration;and help the SMEs to forge ahead and turn crisis into opportunity.
