中央第七次西藏工作座谈会精神对西藏体育产业发展提出了新要求:实施体育产业高质量发展工程和发挥体育产业社会和经济效益。发展西藏体育产业是贯彻落实中央第七次西藏工作座谈会精神的重要抓手,有利于满足人民群众对美好体育生活的向往、改善民生和凝聚人心、推进生态文明建设、增加就业机会和加快居民创收致富。西藏体育产业高质量发展路径如下:第一,将西藏工作座谈会精神全面融入西藏体育产业高质量发展全过程;第二,加强西藏体育产业发展的顶层设计,明确其在体育强区建设中的地位和作用;第三,深化西藏体育产业领域机制体制改革,加强对体育产业的统计和监管;第四,促进西藏体育产业与相关产业融合发展。

The CPC Central Committee’s Seventh Tibet Work Forum demands to carry out high-quality development project of sport industry and enhance sports industry’s social and economic effectiveness.Developing Tibetan sports industry is the acting point of implementing the spirit of Seventh Tibet Work Forum,and will benefit for fulfilling people’s desire for sports life,improving people’s livelihood,increasing cohesion,promoting ecological civilization construction,increasing employment opportunities and generating people’s income. In this essay,four Tibetan sports high-quality developing pathways will be discussed. Firstly,thoroughly implement the spirit of Seventh Tibet Work Forum in the process of Tibetan sports industry development. Secondly,perfecting the Tibetan sports industry top-level design,clarifying the top-level design’s position and role in ’Sports Strengthen Tibet’ construction. Thirdly,deepening the system and mechanism reform in Tibetan sports field,enhancing the supervision and statistics of this field.The last but not least,promoting the integration of Tibetan sports industry and other industries.
