Some Thoughts on Improving the Living Standards of All Ethnic Groups in Tibet in the New Era

西藏和平解放以来,党中央始终高度重视西藏工作,出台一系列优惠政策和帮扶措施促进西藏人民生活水平不断提高。改革开放以来,中央专门召开7次西藏工作座谈会研究部署西藏工作,推进西藏经济社会快速发展。新时代,党中央立足西藏实际召开第七次西藏工作座谈会,强调要确保西藏人民生活水平不断提高。新时代对西藏工作提出了新挑战,也赋予了“提高西藏人民生活水平”新内涵,我们要进一步领会贯彻中央第七次西藏工作座谈会指示.精神,紧紧抓住“改善民生、凝聚人心”这个出发点和落脚点,不断探索提高西藏各族人民生活水平新路径,努力建设团结富裕文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化新西藏。

Since the peaceful liberation of Tibet,the CPC Central Committee has always attached great importance to the work in Tibet,and promugated a series of preferential policies and assistance measures to improve all ethnic people’s livelihood. Since 1978,the central government has held seven special Tibet Work Forum to plan the work in Tibet and promote its rapid economic and social development. On the Seventh Tibet Work Forum held in 2020,the CPC Central Committee further emphasized the importance of raising all the ethnic people’s living standards. We need to understand and implement the spirit of the Seventh Tibet Work Forum,and focus on "Improving People’s Livelihood and Rallying People’s Hearts",constantly explore new ways to improve people’s livelihood and strive to build a united, prosperous,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern Tibet.
