摘要
本文依托上海市北横通道杨树浦港井的设计实践,从分析大直径盾构隧道过站井侧壁结构施工到运营全过程中起控制性作用的关键阶段入手,开展对长大特殊过站井三维空间模拟计算和分析。研究认为盾构过井是过站井侧壁受力的控制性关键阶段,此时长短边之比大于3的四边支承板空间效应明显,设置壁柱能够有效改善侧壁受力。
Based on the design practice of Yangshupu Port working well of Beiheng tunnel project in Shanghai,this paper analyzed the key stage of the whole process from construction to operation,and then the three-dimensional space model,which was simulated the long and large station crossing shaft,was calculated and analyzed.The results indicated that the influence of stress response when the shield pass through the shaft is more than other conditions.At this time,it is obviously that the space effect of the four sides supporting plate with the ratio of long and short sides greater than 3 is presented,and setting up the wall column can effectively improve the side wall stress.
