摘要
通过以某砌体宿舍楼的改扩建项目为实例,提出了贴建钢框架结构设计的总体思路。贴建建筑距离原结构较近,本项目采用了主副桩结合的桩基础,解决了新增基础与原结构基础脱开的难题。贴建钢结构高宽比较大,采用允许有竖向、水平位移的新型连接节点与原砌体结构相连,既消除了新旧结构不均匀竖向变形和差异沉降的不利影响,又避免了贴建钢结构的倾覆问题。为同类改扩建工程提供了参考经验。
Taking the reconstruction and expansion of a masonry dormitory building as an example,the general idea of attached steel frame design was put forward.Because the attached buildings were closed to the original structure,the pile foundation with the combination of main and auxiliary piles was adopted,and the problem of separating the new foundation from the original structure foundation was solved.Considering its height width ratio was large,a new type of joint with vertical and horizontal displacement was adopted to connect with the original masonry structure.It eliminated not only the adverse effects of uneven vertical deformation and differential settlement of new and old structures,but also the overturning of the attached steel structure.It should provide reference experience for similar reconstruction and expansion projects.
