摘要
依据不同的国内外数据中心建设标准,对于柴油发电机的供回油漏油检测系统具有不同的标准及要求。本文根据国际Uptime Tier IV等级要求,通过漏油检测绳、漏油探测器及系统控制器等设备搭建的漏油检测系统,可以自动识别、自动隔离供回油系统中的漏油故障点,极大地降低柴油发电机系统运行过程中因漏油事故而造成的损失及风险,提高数据中心柴油发电机应急供电的可靠性和安全性等级,保障数据中心供电系统的不间断运行,为其他项目的漏油检测系统架构搭建提供参考。
According to different data center construction standards at home and abroad.there are different standards and requirements for the oil leakage detection system of diesel generator.This article is based on the international Uptime Tier Class IV requirements.the oil leakage detection system built by oil leakage detection rope,oil leakage detector and system controller can automatically identify and isolate the oil leakage fault points in the oil supply and return system,greatly redluce the losses and risks caused by oil leakage accidents during the operation of the diesel generator systen.and improve the reliability and safety of the emergency power supply of the diesel generator in the data center Level to ensure uninterrupted operation of data center power supply system.provide reference for the construction of oil leakage detection system architecture of other projects.
