基于FSM的电梯控制算法设计与仿真

摘要 电梯控制系统是典型的复杂信息控制系统,控制算法较为复杂。基于有限状态机(FSM)思想设计4层电梯控制算法模型,为降低电梯的频繁移动采用方向优先控制方式,并利用力控组态软件设计了仿真模型,给出了详细的状态转移图、转移条件、执行动作和流程图,验证和形象展示了算法。结果表明,基于FSM思想设计的电梯控制算法,逻辑清晰,简单明了,通用性好,易扩展至多层电梯中,可用于教学和实际电梯控制系统中。 Elevator control system is a typical complex information control system,and the control algorithm is more complex.In this paper,a four-storey elevator control algorithm model is designed based on the idea of finite state machine(FSM).In order to reduce the frequent movement of the elevator,the direction priority control mode is adopted.The simulation model is designed by using force control configuration software.The detailed state transition diagram,transfer conditions,execution action and flow chart are given,and the algorithm is verified and visualized.The results show that the elevator control algorithm based on FSM has clear logic,simple and clear,good universality,which can be easily extended to multiple-story elevator and used in teaching and actual elevator control system.
