基于高校辅导员视角浅析茶学专业大学生创新创业能力的培养

On the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Tea Majors from the Perspective of College Counselors

在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,茶产业的快速发展为茶学专业大学生创新创业提供了更广阔的空间和施展才华的平台,培养茶学人才的高校也肩负着提升创新创业教育质量的使命和任务。高校辅导员是学生成长成才的领路人,在创新创业教育中发挥着重要的作用。本文根据茶学专业学生特点,立足实际,阐述了提升创新创业能力的重要性和必要性,分析了现阶段创新创业能力培养过程中存在的问题,从高校辅导员工作角度出发,提出了提升茶学专业大学生创新创业能力的工作方法,为高校辅导员在实际工作中推进创新创业教育提供参考。

Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the rapid development of tea industry provides a broader space and platform to display talents for the innovation and entrepreneurship of tea majors.Colleges and universities cultivating tea talents also shoulder the mission and task of improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.College counselors are the leaders of students'growth and development whose work plays an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship education.According to the characteristics of tea major students and based on the reality,this paper expounds the importance and necessity of improving the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,analyzes the problems at this stage,and puts forward the working methods to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of tea majors,and provides references for college counselors to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in practical work.
