摘要
介绍了多牌号球墨铸铁混合生产中可能发生的球化率低、力学性能不稳定等常见问题,从原材料选用、化学成分设计、合金元素选用、球化剂选用和球化处理工艺、孕育剂和孕育处理工艺、与冷却速度相关的工艺因素、材质控制工艺的稳定以及材质的检查、控制等方面阐述了混合生产多牌号球墨铸铁的控制措施。多年的生产实践证明:只要合理设计化学成分,正确采用球化处理和孕育处理工艺,并采取有效措施防止球化衰退和孕育衰退,加强检验与控制就可稳定实现多牌号球墨铸铁的生产。
The common problems possible occur in mixed production of multi-grade nodular iron were introduced including low nodularizing grade,instable mechanical properties were introduced.The control measures of mixed production of multi-grade nodular iron were described from the aspects of raw material selection,chemical composition design,alloy element selection,nodularizing alloy selection and nodularizing process,inoculant and inoculating process,technological factors related to cooling rate,stability of material quality control process,inspection and control of material quality.After years of production,it had been proved that:as long as the chemical composition was reasonably designed,the nodularizing treatment and inoculating treatment process were correctly adopted,and effective measures were taken to prevent nodularization degradiation and inoculation declin,the production of multi-grade nodular iron could be realized stably by strengthening inspection and control.
