摘要
介绍了MSC添加剂的组成与作用机理,研究了MSC添加剂的加入量与型砂湿压强度、热湿拉强度、破碎指数、发气量等参数的影响关系曲线。实际应用结果显示:(1)型腔轮廓完整、清晰,表面光亮无缺陷,废型率得到有效控制;(2)铸件落砂情况大为改善,型砂剥落状况良好,砂系统运转正常;(3)铸件接近本体颜色,具有金属光泽,表面质量光洁,抛丸处理时间缩短20 s;(4)铸件表面砂眼、气孔及粘砂等铸造缺陷明显减少,综合废品率大幅度下降;(5)彻底解决砂系统使用煤粉所无法规避的三大矛盾,满足高温浇注薄壁缸体铸件对型砂的质量要求。
The components of MSC additive and its effect mechanism were introduced.The relationship curves between adding amount of MSC additive and green moulding sand parameters including green compression strength,hot wet tensile strength,shatter index,gas evolution were investigated.Practical application results showed that:(1)The contour of the mould cavity was perfect,clean,the mould cavity surface was bright and free from defect,the mould rejection rate was effectively controlled.(2)The casting knockout situation was obviously improved,the moulding sand scaling off excellently,the sand system was running normally.(3)The casting colour was near to its body colour having metal brightness,surface quality was bright,the wheel blasting cleaning time was reduced by 20 s.(4)Casting defects such as surface sand inclusion,blowhole and burning-on et al.was obviously reduced,the general scrap rate was largely reduced.(5)Three main contradictions which couldn't avoid when using coal dust in sand system were thoroughly solved and therefore,the quality requirements of the high quality,high temperature poured thin wall cylinder block casting for the moulding sand was met.
