摘要 介绍了消失模铸造工艺的特点及常见缺陷,详细阐述了消失模铸造新工艺的生产试验,得出结论:(1)采用消失模铸造的浇前预引燃、充分先烧后浇,特别是独立型壳铸造工艺方案,充分发挥出消失模工艺优势,并有效解决皱皮、夹渣、气孔、塌箱、粘砂等铸造缺陷问题;(2)中低端质量要求的铸件宜采用浇前预引燃、充分先烧后浇工艺方案;(3)独立型壳铸造工艺方案,由于隔绝砂、水分及C,能够更有效防止消失模铸造缺陷的产生,借助真空及振动物理条件,提高金属液充型和凝固补缩能力,更利于铸件成形,为高质量要求的铸件提供工艺方法。 The characteristics and common defects of the lost foam casting process were introduced,the production test of the new lost foam casting process was described in detail.Following were concluded:(1)Using pre-ignition before pouring,full pre-ignition before pouring,especially independent mold shell casting scheme gave full play to the advantages of lost foam process and effectively solved the defects problems of elephant skin,slag inclusion,blowhole,mold collapse,burning-on.(2)For the castings with middle low-end quality requirement the process scheme of pre-ignition before pouring and fully burning before pouring should be adopt.(3)Due to sand,moisture and C isolation,the independent mold shell casting process could more effectively prevent the lost foam casting defects,with the help of vacuum and vibration physical conditions,the mold-filling and solidification feeding capacity of molten metal was improved,which was more conducive to the casting forming and provided a technological method for high quality castings.
