非等厚碳纤维复合材料弹性膜盘结构的设计及制作

Design and Production on the Non-thickness Carbon Fiber Composite Elastic Membrane Plate Structure

摘要 为更好地改善传动系统中轴系的运行情况,结合复合材料的优良性能,设计制作一非等厚的碳纤维复合材料弹性膜盘结构以替代弹性联轴器中的Ti合金弹性膜盘结构.基于ABAQUS软件,分析复合材料铺层角度以及铺层角度比例对复合材料弹性膜盘结构性能的影响;利用复合材料层合板的“等代设计法”,基于ABAQUS软件,设计一非等厚的、与Ti合金弹性膜盘结构具有同等扭转刚度性能的碳纤维复合材料弹性膜盘结构;采用模压成型工艺制作碳纤维复合材料弹性膜盘结构并对其传递扭矩的能力和轴向位移补偿能力进行试验测试.结果表明:非等厚的碳纤维复合材料弹性膜盘结构可传递扭矩5 kN·m,轴向位移补偿能力可达到3.5 mm,可用做弹性联轴器中的弹性元件. In order to improve the running condition of shafting in the drive system,a non-equal thickness carbon fiber composite elastic membrane plate was designed to replace the Ti alloy elastic membrane plate in the elastic coupling combined with the excellent performance of composite.Firstly,the influence of the layer angle and the proportion of the layer angle of the composite on the performance of composite elastic membrane plate are analyzed based on the ABAQUS software.Secondly,by using the“equivalent design method”of composite laminates,a non-equal thickness carbon fiber composite elastic membrane plate with the same torsional stiffness as Ti alloy elastic membrane plate was designed based on ABAQUS software.Finally,the non-thickness carbon fiber composite elastic membrane plate was made by using the molding forming process,and both the torque test and the axial displacement compensation test are taken for the non-thickness carbon fiber composite elastic membrane plate.The results show that the non-thickness carbon fiber composite elastic membrane plate can deliver a torque of 5kN.m and compensate 3.5mm axial displacement,whichcan be used as the elastic element in the elastic coupling.
