摘要
探讨神经干细胞(NeuralStemcells,NSCs)在促进脑卒中恢复的治疗模式,以及临床应用神经干细胞治疗脑卒中的多重作用机制.研究NSCs在脑卒中后介导脑组织恢复的关键性因素,解决移植NSCs治疗脑卒中的转化障碍,考虑将NSC治疗从人体试验转变为中风患者临床治疗标准.在模拟临床脑卒中的动物模型研究中,发现神经干细胞具有免疫调节、促进神经再生和神经结构重组、促进血管生成和分化为成熟神经细胞的作用,这些作用为研究脑卒中患者的康复和NSC治疗脑卒中的临床转化起到了重要作用.神经干细胞治疗脑卒中的作用机制的发现促进了神经干细胞再生医学在临床脑卒治疗中的进展及其临床转化提供了新的研究途径,也为脑卒中患者提供一流的恢复性治疗方案.
This paper explores the therapeutic model of neural stem cells(Neural Stem cells,NSCs)in promoting stroke recovery and multimechanistic therapeutic function for stroke.We studied the key factors of NSC-mediated brain tissue recovery after stroke,removed the transformation barrier of NSCs to treatment of stroke,and considered taking transplant NSC therapies a standard treatment for stroke patients instead of human trials.In the animal models of preclinical stroke,we found that NSCs have the functions of immunoregulation,and can promote neuroplasticity and neural reorganization,promote angiogenesis and differentiation into mature neural cell types.These effects play an important role in the study of the rehabilitation of stroke patients and the clinical transformation of NSC for stroke.The mechanism of neural stem cells in the treatment of stroke promotes the progress of neural stem cell regenerative medicine in the clinical treatment of stroke,provides a new research approach to clinical transformation,and provides a first-in-class restorative therapy for stroke patients.
