摘要 价值流图是一种实施精益生产的工具,但是因价值流图不能详细描述生产系统的动态行为,导致其在精益生产应用方面存在局限性,通过结合仿真技术能够克服价值流图的静态局限性。针对D公司车载面板车间,首先运用价值流图识别车间存在的问题,并制定改善设计方案;接着,建立改善后的车间仿真模型,并以基本存储定量在制品控制策略(Base Stock CONWIP control strategy,BS-CONWIP)为生产控制策略,应用遗传算法对缓存区容量进行优化;最后,依据仿真运行数据与改善设计方案绘制出了未来状态价值流图,对比现在和未来状态价值流图,发现改善方案在简化车间生产流程的同时,生产周期、在制品库存等绩效指标也得以显著改善。研究表明,价值流图与仿真技术的结合对改善车载面板车间具有指导价值和参考意义。 The value stream mapping is a tool to implement lean production,but because it cannot describe the dynamic behavior of production system in detail,it has its limitations in lean production application,which can be alleviated by combining simulation technology.The value stream mapping and simulation technology were combined to optimize an automotive panel workshop in company D.Firstly,the problems in the workshop were identified and an improvement design was developed by using the value stream mapping.Then,a production simulation model of the workshop was established according to the improvement design,and the Base Stock CONWIP control strategy(BS-CONWIP)was used as the production control strategy,and a genetic algorithm was employed to optimize the size of the buffers.Finally,a future state value stream mapping of the workshop was drawn based on the simulation experiments and the improvement design.Comparing the current and future value stream mapping,it is found that the improvement design simplifies the workshop production process,and the performance indicators such as cycle time and work in process are also significantly improved.The study shows that the combination of value stream mapping and simulation technology is of guiding value and reference significance for improving the automotive panel workshop.
