摘要
以某重型汽车轴承座模具的凹模加工为例,分析了该模具的加工工艺,叙述了该模具的结构特点,在UG软件中剖析了通过提取型面方法得到模具的过程,总结了将数字模型在不同软件中进行转换的技巧,详细介绍了该模具在MasterCAM软件中的自动编程与仿真加工过程。实际加工证明,该模具的数控加工工艺合理,基于MasterCAM软件进行加工编程的方法可行,该方法缩短了模具制造周期,确保了模具加工质量,对同类模具的数控加工具有实用参考价值。
Based on the example of the die process of a heavy truck bearing mold,the processing technology of the mold was analyzed,the structural features of the mold was described,the process of obtaining a mold by extracting molded surface was also dissected,the skills of mathematical model transformation in different software were summed up,and the process of automatic programming and simulation machining of mold in the software MasterCAM were introduced in detail.The actual processing shows that the CNC machining process of the mold is reasonable and the method of machining programming based on MasterCAM is feasible.This method shortens the cycle of mold manufacture and ensures the mold processing quality.It has practical reference value for the CNC machining of similar molds.
