紧凑型大口径反射镜调整架的设计及分析

摘要 为满足光学部件在有限空间内结构紧凑、光束传输间距小和光栅洁净度高等特殊使用要求,设计了一种紧凑型大口径反射镜调整架结构。调整架采用扁平化设计,其整体长度小于反射镜长度,宽度仅为反射镜厚度的2~3倍;该调整架采用圆弧导轨滑动和水平轴转动2种方式调节,在伺服电机驱动下可实现光学元件在俯仰和水平2个方向的精密调节;为了便于控制洁净度,避免电机发热带来的热变形,调整架均设置在反射镜下方。分析表明,该调整架的角度调节精度能够达到亚角秒级(0.1″),同时具有良好的稳定性,工程应用价值较高。 To satisfy the requirements of narrow space application and high cleanliness environment,a compact large-aperture mirror mount that can be closely integrated without position interference was presented.The thickness of the mirror mount is only 2~3 times of that of the mirror thickness with flattened design,and the length of the mirror mount is less than the length of optic.Driven by servo motors,the mirror mount can precisely adjust the optical elements in both the pitching and horizontal directions with the use of arc guide and horizontal rotation bearing.All the adjustment mechanisms were designed under the mirror to meet the cleanliness and reduce thermal deformation.Theoretical results show that the angle adjustment accuracy of the mount can reach sub-seconds with good stability,and has a high value of engineering application.
