通过对组织使命宣言不同形式和用途的介绍,以及使命宣言对于组织的员工、客户、供应商和合作伙伴,乃至所有与组织建立联系的人员和机构(也被称为利益攸关者)的重要性,分析了作为用于组织内部沟通和发挥重要外部功能的使命宣言,高校也同样可以从中受益。系统介绍了使命宣言的制定过程,揭示了为检验实施情况可采取的方式。
The article provides an overview of different forms and purposes of organizational mission statements.It shows how important such guidelines are for the employees of an organization today,but also for customers,the suppliers and cooperation partners,ultimately for all people and institutions in contact with or contacting the organization,that is,stakeholders.Universities also benefit greatly from models that fulfill important functions both for internal and external communication.The process of creating a mission statement is described,and options for checking the implementation of mission statements are shown.
