摘要
每一所高校除了有自己的使命宣言以外,还应当有一份教学宪章(Lehrverfassung),这是德国科学委员会对高校提出的建议。因此许多德国高校已经着手制定了这样的战略行动方案。对现有的教学宪章进行的初步探索性研究显示:文本类型很多、既有偏向描述性的体制和过程说明,也有旨在设定目标和提出要求的具有较强规范性的文本。
The German Council of Science and Humanities recommends that,in addition to a mission statement,every German higher education institution should have a teaching constitution.Many higher education institutions have thus set out for giving themselves such a strategic conceptual framework of action.The first exploratory study of existing teaching constitutions shows:the texts vary strongly;some are rather descriptive concerning structures and processes,others are highly normative focusing on targets as well as the requirements that are needed to fulfil them.
