摘要
为了探究润滑剂的使用对磁流变液的终端行为即屈服应力的影响,课题组采用球磨、基液置换的方式分别配制了含有石墨、二硫化钼、氮化硼、氢化蓖麻油和聚四氟乙烯等5种润滑剂的磁流变液样品;并利用自制的磁流变液屈服应力测试装置,在不同的磁感应强度下和整个沉降周期内,分别测量了它们单独添加及混合使用时的磁流变液剪切屈服应力。试验结果表明:聚四氟乙烯对于提高剪切屈服应力的影响最为明显;二硫化钼及石墨混合使用效果优于二者的单独使用。该研究表明润滑剂可以改善磁流变液的屈服应力但作用不尽相同,同时润滑剂的混合添加较单独使用效果更佳。
In order to investigate the influence of lubricants on the terminal behavior of magnetorheological fluid,i.e.yield stress,five types of magnetorheological fluid samples containing graphite,molybdenum disulfide,boron nitride,hydrogenated castor oil and polytetrafluoroethylene were prepared respectively by ball milling and base fluid replacement.Then,the shear yield stress of magnetorheological fluid was measured when they were added and mixed separately at different magnetic induction intensities and during the whole sedimentation period by a self-made MRF yield stress testing device.The experimental results show that polytetrafluoroethylene has the most obvious influence on the increase of shear yield stress and the mixed use effect of molybdenum disulfide and graphite is better than the effect of two of them used alone.The research shows that the lubricant can improve the yield stress of the magnetorheological fluid to different degrees,and the mixed addition of the lubricant is better than that of single use.
