摘要 为解决吹塑地暖锅炉零部件在挤出吹塑成型中产生的翘曲问题,课题组利用ANSYS的POLYFLOW模块对其壁厚进行了仿真模拟研究。以吹胀压力、合模速度和型坯初始壁厚为设计变量,壁厚均匀性函数值为响应目标,通过响应面法获得较佳的工艺参数组合。结果表明对于制件壁厚影响程度:型坯初始壁厚>合模速度>吹胀压力。将仿真结果进行生产实验,所得到的制件成形效果好、壁厚较均匀。通过模拟设计有效减少了修模次数,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。 In order to solve the warping problems generated in plastic extrusion blow molding of blow-moulded ground heating boiler parts,the wall thickness was simulated and studied by using the ANSYS POLYFLOW module.The blowing pressure,closing speed and initial wall thickness were taken as design variables and the wall thickness uniformity function value was taken as response target.A better combination of process parameters was obtained by response surface method.The results show that the factors that influence the wall thickness are as follows:the initial wall thickness>the closing speed>the blowing pressure.The simulation results are carried out in production experiments,the obtained piece is good-forming and uniform.The simulation design can effectively reduce the number of die repair,improve production efficiency,and reduce production costs.
