安徽省乡村振兴与新型城镇化耦合协调的机理和测度

Mechanism and Measure of Coupling Coordination Between Rural Revitalization and New Urbanization in Anhui Province

新型城镇化是实现经济现代化的必由之路,乡村振兴是实现共同富裕的治本之策。文章在理论分析乡村振兴和新型城镇化的耦合机理基础上,利用熵值法、耦合协调模型,实证分析和比较了2014-2018年安徽省16市乡村振兴与新型城镇化水平和二者的耦合协调关系。研究发现,二者的耦合度较高且平稳;全省整体耦合协调度呈波动变化趋势,处于初级协调水平,且呈明显的区域差异,皖南地区处于中度协调阶段,皖中、皖北地区分别处于轻度协调和勉强协调阶段,各区域差异有所收敛。基于此提出加快构建战略耦合机制、加快融入长三角城市群和“示范城乡统筹区”建设等对策促进二者良性互动发展。

New urbanization is the only way to realize economic modernization,and rural revitalization is the fundamental strategy to achieve common prosperity.Based on the theoretical analysis of the coupling mechanism of rural revitalization and new urbanization,this paper empirically analyzes and compares the level of rural revitalization and new urbanization in 16 cities of Anhui Province from 2014 to 2018 and their coupling coordination relationship by using entropy method and coupling coordination model.It is found that the coupling degree of the two is high and stable,and the overall coupling coordination degree of the whole province is fluctuating at the primary coordination level,and there are obvious regional differences,and the southern part of Anhui is in the moderate coordination stage,and the central and northern parts of Anhui are in the mild coordination and barely coordination stage,meaning the regional differences have converged.This paper puts forward some countermeasures to accelerate the construction of strategic coupling mechanism and accelerate the integration into the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and the construction of“demonstration urban and rural co-ordination area”to promote the positive interaction between the two.
