摘要
随着新时代信息科学技术的迅猛发展,整个商业社会的发展变得更加错综复杂,高等教育如何培养和可以培养出怎样的人才面临着前所未有的挑战。其中,大学教师的教学质量是人才培养和学校发展的生命线。目前我们有各种评价教师教学绩效的方式和方法,但是利用后方法教学理论对大学英语教师教学绩效评价还是比较少见的。后方法教学理论并不是一种具体的教学方法,而是一种比较灵活和动态的教学思想和理念。通过问卷调查方式让学生基于后方法理论相关的评价标准对英语教师的课堂教学质量作出评价,对于提高课堂教学质量起到一定的促进作用。
With the rapid change of information science technology in the new era,we can witness the increasing complexity in the development of the entire business society and the unprecedented challenges in the higher education concerning how to cultivate talents and what kind of talents we will foster.And the teaching quality of the university teachers is the lifeline of talent cultivation and school development.So far,we have had various ways and methods regarding evaluation of teachers’teaching performance,whereas the evaluation from the perspective of post-method teaching theory is comparatively less.The post-method theory is not a specific teaching means,but a relatively flexible and dynamic teaching thought and ideology.The students make an evaluation of the classroom teaching quality of the English teachers based on the evaluation criteria formed by the post-method theory through questionnaire survey,which is expected to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
