摘要
目的为安徽省开展县域医共体综合绩效考核构建适宜的指标体系。方法运用专家咨询法建立指标体系,用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。结果经过两轮专家咨询和层次分析法的计算,最终构建了包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标和45个三级指标的指标体系,其中三个一级指标"组织实施""医疗资源上下贯通""效率效益"指标权重分别为0.4800、0.2337、0.2863。结论构建的指标体系具有良好的科学性和可行性,在一定程度上能够为安徽省开展县域医共体绩效考核提供理论参考和实践指导。
Objective To construct an appropriate index system for the comprehensive performance evaluation of county medical communities in Anhui Province.Methods The expert consultation method was used to establish an index system,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index.Results After two rounds of expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process calculation,the index system consisting of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators was finally constructed,among which the weights of three first-level indicators including"organization and implementation","connecting medical resources up and down"and"efficiency and benefit"were 0.4800,0.2337 and 0.2863 respectively.Conclusions The index system is scientific and feasible,which can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the performance evaluation of county medical communities in Anhui Province to a certain extent.
