健康老龄化背景下不同养老模式老年人社会网络比较

Comparison of social networks of the elderly with different pension patterns under the background of healthy aging

目的了解不同养老模式下老年人个体层面的社会网络和养老模式现况,探索不同养老模式下老年人个体社会网络的差异性。方法采用分层抽样方法,调查了安徽省6个县(区)机构养老和家庭养老各267名老年人;使用"核心问题讨论网"调查老年人社会网络。结果家庭养老的老年人有着较高数值的网络规模;家庭养老的老年人有着较高数值的网络紧密度;家庭养老的老年人有着较高数值的网络强关系比例;机构养老的老年人的性别、年龄、职业的异质性数值高于家庭养老的老年人。结论相较于机构养老的老年人,家庭养老的老年人有着较高数值的网络规模、网络紧密度、强关系比例、异质性等。

Objective To know about the current status of social networks and old-age pension models at the individual level of the elderly in the context of different pension models, and to explore the differences in individual social networks of the elderly under different pension models.Methods A stratified sampling method was used to investigate 267 elderly persons cared for by institutionsor households in 6 counties(districts) of Anhui Province.The "core issue discussion network" was used to investigate the social network of elderly persons.Results Senior citizens cared for by households had a higher network scale, a higher network density,and a higher network strength proportion. The gender, age and occupational heterogeneities of the elderly cared for by institutions were higher than those of the elderly cared for by households.Conclusions Compared with the elderly in institutional care, the elderly in home care have higher values of network scale, network density, strong relationship ratio, and diversity.
