校外青少年艾滋病高危行为研究回顾与展望 被引量:4

Review and prospects of high-risk behaviors of AIDS among out-of-school adolescents

摘要 文章回顾了2005-2019年中国知网发表的相关文献,对校外青少年艾滋病高危行为的易感脆弱性,认知、态度、行为与社会文化因素,健康教育与行为干预等进行了梳理和述评。研究发现,公共卫生与预防医学的实验研究和定量分析较多,人文社会科学的田野调查和定性分析较多,但研究的系统性差,缺乏对高危行为进行多元化和系统性的社会文化阐释。提出深入、系统地研究校外青少年艾滋病高危行为的问题,需突破"客体化"视角和单纯的行为干预模式,树立主体化理念,扩大不同群体亚文化生存空间,构建社会文化关怀体系,促进防治理论与实践本土化、民族化等研究的方向。 This paper reviews the literature included in CNKI from 2005 to 2019, summarizes and comments on the vulnerability, cognition, attitude, behavioral and sociocultural factors, health education and behavioral intervention of high-risk behaviors of AIDS among out-of-school adolescents. It is found that there are more experimental researches and quantitative analysis in public health and preventive medicine, more field investigations and qualitative analysis in humanities and social sciences, but there are few systematic researches, and there lacks a diversified and systematic sociocultural interpretation of the high-risk behaviors. Thus the paper proposes that it is necessary to conduct in-depth and systematic studies on high-risk behaviors of AIDS among the adolescents outside school, to break through the "objective" perspective and the traditional behavior intervention mode, to establish the concept of subjectivity, to expand the living space of subculture of different populations, to construct the social and cultural care system and to promote the researches from the perspectives of localization and nationalization of prevention and control theory and practice.
