In order to meet challenges of an external turbulent environment and solve the pressure of internal funding sources and knowledge organization transformation,British universities have achieved transformation and development through innovation and entrepreneurship.Driven by innovation and entrepreneurship,British universities integrates the innovation and entrepreneurship concept into strategic planning,and drives university differentiation and characteristic development;highlights the implementation of the entrepreneurship curriculum and entrepreneurship extracurricular activities;promotes knowledge exchange and transfer by the new knowledge organization mode;optimizes and upgrades the university organization and management mode continuously;strengthens cooperation to maintain a balance between universities and stakeholders.In the new era of innovation-driven development,Chinese universities should plan the vision of innovation and entrepreneurship development,establish a training model for innovation and entrepreneurial personnel,explore diversified academic entrepreneurship paths,and enhance the university′s leadership in innovation and entrepreneurship.
