基于GTD数据库的美俄两国恐怖主义活动比较分析及其启示

Comparative Analysis of Terrorism Activities in the United States and Russia Based on GTD Database

针对当前美俄两国恐怖袭击活动频发的现状,基于GTD数据库的数据分析,发现当前俄罗斯恐怖袭击数量远高于美国,且伤亡情况更加严重。两国公民和政府部门等场所均易遭受袭击,恐怖分子常用爆炸和武装袭击等手段实施恐怖活动。两国在遭受恐怖袭击来源方面存在差异,表明两国恐怖主义的产生是由国际恐怖主义、经济问题和国内问题等方面的原因造成。据此,分析两国在未来将面临网络恐怖主义和"独狼"恐怖袭击,其各自在恐怖活动风险和恐怖袭击来源方面将存在差异。在我国的反恐工作中,应当加强反恐法法规建设,加强国际合作,健全反恐组织体系,强化反恐队伍建设。

In view of the current situation of frequent terrorist attacks in the United States and Russia,based on the GTD database,it is found that the number of terrorist attacks in Russia is much higher than that in the United States,and the casualties are more serious.Citizens and government departments of the two countries are vulnerable to attacks.Terrorist activities are often carried out by means of bombings and armed attacks.The differences in the sources of terrorist attacks between the two countries indicate that the occurrence of terrorism in the two countries is caused by international terrorism,economic problems and domestic problems.Based on this analysis,the two countries will face cyber terrorism and"lone wolf"terrorist attacks in the future,and their respective risks of terrorist activities and sources of terrorist attacks are different.In our country’s anti-terrorism work,we should strengthen the construction of anti-terrorism laws and regulations,strengthen international cooperation,improve the anti-terrorism organization system,and strengthen the construction of anti-terrorism teams.
