摘要
红外光谱技术在检测沥青含量、判定沥青种类等方面发挥积极作用,但此技术应用目前没有相关规范,且地方标准中没有明确其试验细节,各单位存在操作差异,检测结果误差大。本研究旨在探讨红外光谱现场快速检测中的操作方法,为精准确定SBS改性沥青中SBS改性剂含量提供理论依据和技术指导。对检测方式、标样制作以及仪器操作进行试验,建立一套完善的操作体系。并以此为基础,达到对沥青产品质量监控的目的。结果表明:采用剪切法制备标样,利用涂抹透射法,选择2 h的溶解时间、15倍的溶解倍数、新玻片玻片背景或旧玻片空气背景的试验条件,所得到的结果误差最小,为最优试验方案。
Infrared spectroscopy plays an active role in detecting asphalt content and determining asphalt types,but at present there is no relevant specification for the application of this technology,and the test details are not specified in the local standards.There are operational differences among various units,which lead to great error in the test results.The purpose of this study is to explore the operation methods in the on-site rapid detection of infrared spectroscopy,so as to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for accurately determining the content of SBS modifier in SBS modified asphalt.The testing mode,standard sample making and instrument operation are tested to establish a set of perfect operation system.On this basis,the aim of quality control of asphalt products is achieved.The results show that when the standard sample is prepared by shear method and the smear transmission method is used to select the test conditions of 2 hours dissolution time,15 times dissolution multiple,new slide slide background or old slide air background,the error is the smallest,which is the optimal test program.
