摘要
目的分析神经内科护理实习带教中创新型带教方法的应用效果。方法采用分层抽样法抽选2018年1—12月在本院神经内科实习的护生共68名纳入本次实验,随机划分其中34名到对照组(传统带教),剩余34名纳入观察组(采取创新型带教方法),观察两组出科考试成绩与带教满意度。结果观察组在理论和操作两方面成绩比对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组带教满意度为94.12%高于对照组73.53%(P<0.05)。结论将创新型带教方法应用到神经内科护理实习带教中效果满意,能提升学生理论及操作水平和带教满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the application effects of innovative teaching in nursing students of neurology department.Methods Through stratified sampling method,68 interns(from January 2018 to December 2018)were randomly assigned to control group(n=34,conventional teaching)and observation group(n=34,innovative teaching).Examination scores and teaching satisfaction were explored.Results The theory knowledge and practical skill scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);teaching satisfaction in the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that in the control group(73.53%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative teaching can improve the teaching satisfaction and student’s theory knowledge and practical skills.It is worthy of clinical application.
