摘要 医学是一门研究生命的科学,本质上是研究人的科学,然而随着医疗技术的发展,医生对检测数据的关注逐渐超过了对患者本身的关注,医生对承载疾病的患者的人文关怀的欠缺是导致我国医患矛盾加深的原因之一。叙事医学以培养医生的叙事能力为主要目标,从而实现与患者共情,为医生提供一把走入患者内心世界的钥匙;叙事医学为医学生人文素养培养提供了切实可行的方案,并在西方医学教育体系中发挥了重要作用。纵观我国医学教育,重专业知识、轻人文教育的现象日益严重,探寻适合我国国情的医学人文教育之路仍是任重而道远,而西方医学教育的实践可为我国的医学人文素养教育提供宝贵的经验。 Medical science is a science that studies life but also human beings.However,as medical developing,doctors pay more attention to test data than to patients themselves,which is one of the reasons for deepening contradiction between doctors and patients in China.Narrative medicine aims to cultivate the narrative ability of doctors,so as to achieve empathy with patients and provides doctors with a key to enter the inner world of patients.Narrative medicine has provided a feasible scheme for the cultivation of medical humanistic literacy and played an important role in the western medical education system.Throughout Chinese medical education,the phenomenon of emphasizing professional knowledge and neglecting humanistic education is becoming more and more serious.It is still a long way to explore the way of medical humanistic education to catering to Chinese national conditions.The practice of western medical education can provide valuable experience for medical humanistic literacy education in China.
