中西医结合治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Recurrent Candida Vaginitis With Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将2018年3月—2019年3月就诊于我院妇科门诊的92例念珠菌性阴道炎复发患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各46例。对照组单用克霉唑栓外用治疗,试验组使用康妇凝胶联合克霉唑栓外用治疗。观察两组的治疗有效率,复发率及各症状、体征消失时间。结果试验组治疗总有效率95.65%,明显高于对照组的80.43%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组停药3个月及6个月的复发率分别为2.17%、6.52%,均显著低于对照组的复发率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组白带异常、外阴阴道疼痛、外阴瘙痒、排尿痛、黏膜充血的消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康妇凝胶、克霉唑栓联合疗法,能够显著提高临床治疗效果,且起效较快、复发率低,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on recurrent candidiasis vaginitis.Methods 92 patients with recurrent candida vaginitis who visited the department of gynecology of our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with clotrimazole suppository alone and the experimental group was treated with kangfu gel combined with metrazole suppository.The effective rate,recurrence rate and disappearance time of symptoms and signs in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.65%,significantly higher than that of the control group(80.43%),the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the experimental group after 3 months and 6 months of drug withdrawal were 2.17%and 6.52%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of leucorrhea abnormality,vulvovaginal pain,vulvovaginal itching,urination pain and mucosal congestion in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of kangfu gel and clotrimazole suppository can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and the effect is faster and the recurrence rate is low,so it is worthy of clinical application.
