摘要
研究多功能助交联剂CA94-50在三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中的应用。结果表明,相较于添加助交联剂TAIC-70,SR350和Ricon 153D的胶料,添加多功能助交联剂CA94-50的EPDM胶料的焦烧时间较长,硫化速度和交联程度提高,硫化胶的硬度、100%定伸应力、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率较高,与金属的粘合强度较大,热氧老化后性能变化不大。
The application of multifunctional auxiliary crosslinking agent CA94-50 in ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)was studied.The results showed that,compared with the compound with the addition of auxiliary crosslinking agents TAIC-70,SR350 and Ricon 153D,the scorch time of the compound with auxiliary crosslinking agent CA94-50 was prolonged,the curing speed and crosslinking degree were improved,the hardness,modulus at 100% elongation,tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizate were higher,the adhesive strength with metal was larger,and the properties changed little after thermal-oxidative aging.
