摘要
以215/45R17轮胎为研究对象,分析半钢子午线轮胎结构设计对滚动阻力的影响,并提出改进措施。胎面尺寸设计、冠带条缠绕形式、带束层角度、骨架材料选取等均会影响轮胎滚动阻力。通过调整胎面总厚度、冠带条缠绕形式由双层改为单层、增大带束层角度、选择合适的骨架材料等措施可有效降低轮胎滚动阻力。
Taking 215/45R17 tire as the research object,the influence of the structure design on the rolling resistance of the steel-belted radial tire was analyzed,and improvement actions were proposed.Tread size design,crown strip winding form,belt angle and skeleton material selection would affect tire rolling resistance.The rolling resistance of the tire could be effectively reduced by adjusting the total thickness of the tread,changing the winding form of crown strip from double layer to single layer,increasing the angle of the belt layer and selecting the suitable skeleton material.
