开放教育辅警人才培养校本课程的开发——以《辅警忠诚观》课程为例

Development of School-based Curriculum for Training Auxiliary Police Personnel in Open Education——Take the Course"Loyalty Conception of Auxiliary Police"as an Example

基于我国社会治安安全与稳定的需要,辅警队伍应运而生并日益壮大,在弥补一线执法警力不足和维护社会稳定中切实发挥着关键作用。但在职辅警学历提升项目在运作过程中,重视知识、技能的培养,忽视以忠诚为岗位核心素养的教育,是目前现实存在的问题。《辅警忠诚观》校本课程旨在弥补此类课程空缺,培养辅警学员的忠诚认知、忠诚情感、忠诚行为。

Based on the needs of China’s social security and stability,the auxiliary police force emerges as the times require and grows day by day,which plays a key role in making up for the lack of front-line law enforcement police force and maintaining social stability.However,the existing education promotion program for on-the-job auxiliary police focuses on the cultivation of knowledge and skills,neglecting quality education with loyalty as the core of the post.The school-based curriculum of"Loyalty Conception of Auxiliary Police"aims to make up for the lack of this kind of curriculum and cultivate the loyalty cognition,loyalty emotion and loyalty behavior of auxiliary police trainees.
