新形势下煤矿“一通三防”技术的应用分析

Application Analysis of"One Ventilation and Three Preventions"Technology in Coal Mine Under the New Situation

近年来,为了改变煤矿安全生产事故频发的局面,国家出台了相应的政策法规,以指导煤矿企业的安全生产。"一通三防"是煤矿企业中新的发展理念与模式,是国家对煤矿企业提出的新要求,各个煤矿企业在发展的过程中都需要严格遵守这一要求。总体来看,煤矿行业"一通三防"安全现状整体向好,但一些安全事故还是时有发生。基于此,本文在文献查阅的基础上,结合在国家能源集团乌海能源公司煤矿多年的"一通三防"经验、对标、检查中探讨了"一通三防"的核心技术,对于指导煤矿企业的"一通三防"工作具有现实意义。

In recent years,in order to change the situation of frequent accidents in coal mine safety production,the state has issued corresponding policies and regulations to guide the safety production of coal mine enterprises."One ventilation and three preventions"is a new development concept and mode in coal mining enterprises,and it is a new requirement put forward by the state for coal mining enterprises.All coal mining enterprises need to strictly abide by this requirement in the development process.On the whole,the safety situation of"one ventilation and three preventions"in coal mine industry is generally improving,but some safety accidents still occur from time to time.Based on this,this paper discusses the core technology of"one ventilation and three preventions"on the basis of literature review,combined with many years'experience of"one ventilation and three preventions",benchmarking and inspection in Wuhai Energy Company of National Energy Group,which has practical significance for guiding the work of"one ventilation and three preventions"in coal mining enterprises.
