摘要 随着油气田生产开发,集输管道逐年进入老龄化阶段,易造成各种事故的发生。安排在役管道进行定期检测,及时发现问题,采取相应措施,合理分配有限的维护费用,延长管网整体使用寿命,已成为油气田安全生产运行的抓手。ICDA无损检测技术能科学准确的评估管道的缺损情况,为管道修护提供可靠的数据支撑,降低事故发生率,减少环境污染,进而达到控降管道维护成本的目的。 With the production and development of oil and gas fields,the gathering and transmission pipeline has entered the aging stage year by year,which is easy to cause various accidents.It has become the starting point for safe production and operation of oil and gas fields to arrange regular inspection ofexisting pipelines,find problems in time,take corresponding measures,reasonably allocate limited maintenance costs and prolong the overall service life of the pipeline network.ICDA nondestructive testing technology can scientifically and accurately evaluate pipeline defects,provide reliable data support for pipeline repair,reduce accident rate and environmental pollution,and then achieve the purpose of controlling and reducing pipeline maintenance costs.
