摘要
军校学员是未来国防和军队建设的生力军,准确掌握其认知域特征,对军事院校开展思想政治工作、教学训练工作、管理工作,提升军事人才培养质量具有重要的意义。在梳理相关问题研究现状的基础上,着力探讨如何借助AI技术,提高对军校学员情感、人格、心理健康特征分析、测量以及预警水平,为军校教育管理工作提供技术支撑和决策参考。
Cadets are the new forces for the future national defense and army building.Accurate grasping of their cognitive domain makes a lot of sense for military academies to carry out teaching,training,management,ideological and political education,and to improve the quality of military personnel training.This paper discusses in depth how to master the cadet’s sentiment,personality and mental health accurately.On the basis of researching the status of related issues,this paper discusses promoting the level of the cadet’s sentiment,personality and mental health analysis,measuring and early warning by using AI technology.This study can provide technical support and decision reference for military school teaching and management.
