摘要
影响相控聚焦超声换能器声场特性的因素很多,其中重要的一项是阵元的排布方式。目前临床治疗用相控聚焦超声换能器的阵元排布主要使用非螺旋方式,这类排布方式在控制栅瓣水平和提高焦点能量方面很难两全。螺旋相控阵是近年发展起来的新相控阵排布方式,其在控制旁瓣水平的同时提高焦点的能量,具有比普通相控阵更多优点。该文着重研究了几种螺旋阵,并分析了其焦域特性,总结了其研究情况、应用领域和发展趋势。
There are many factors that affect the acoustic field characteristics of phased focused ultrasound transducers,among which the array arrangement is an important one.At present,the array arrangement of phased focused ultrasound transducers for clinical treatment mainly uses non-spiral mode,which is difficult to achieve both control of the gate lobe level and improvement of the focus energy.The spiral phased array is a new arrangement of phased array configuration developed in recent years,which has more advantages over the conventional phased array in controlling the sidelobe level at the same time improving the focus energy.In this paper,several kinds of spiral arrays are studied,and their focal region characteristics are analyzed,and the research situation,application fields and development trend are summarized.
