摘要
基于教育信息化快速发展的背景,以问卷调查及现场访谈形式对农村网络联校建设及应用情况进行调研,了解乡村教师信息化应用能力实际情况,分析乡村教师信息化能力发展需求及培养方向。调研统计数据显示,目前大部分乡村学校配备有基础的信息化硬件设备,且乡村教师具备一定的信息技术应用能力,但在网络联校具体实践中还有待进一步提高。一方面,乡村教师培训部门要加强教师信息化能力培训的深度和广度;另一方面,高校可以因地制宜修订农村定向培养师范生的培养计划,从源头上解决乡村教师职前信息化能力培养与实际需求情况不平衡的问题。
This article aims to study the development of network interschool in rural areas and teachers’real application ability of network inter-school,and analyze their demand for future career development in this respect.As the statistics shows,most of the schools in rural areas have been equipped with basic information hardware facilities,and teachers there are armed with basic application skills.However,this situation still needs improving in actual practice.One way is to strengthen the intensity and broaden the spectrum of the training for teachers,while the other is to rely on colleges and universities to foster more potential teachers according to specifi c conditions,so as to radically solve the shortage of teachers.
