对117名大学生犯罪的调查与心理分析--生命历程理论的视角 被引量:3

摘要 经对117名在押的犯罪大学生调查,发现其整体呈现人员"三多"(高职/专学生多、低年级多、农村籍多)、经历"三差"(家庭状况差、成长经历差、学校生活差)、行为"四高"(财务型犯罪占比高、因人际冲突诱发犯罪比例高、两人及以上共同作案比率以及在熟悉场地作案率高)等特点,人格得分在宜人性、责任性和开放性三方面与普通大学生有显著性差异。可采取加强早期安全依恋关系建设、增强学生高校适应能力、完善社会配套体系等举措,系统促进大学生人格健康发展,有效预防犯罪。 By the survey about 117 college student prisoners,we found that the statitics shows obvious characteristics on their personnel type,experience and behaviour.There are three personnel types have higher pertage of all college students prisoners which are higher vocational college students,junior students and rural registered students.They had worse experiences about their family situation,growing experience and school life.Four types of their criminal behavior are at higher proportion including financial crimes,crimes induced by interpersonal conflict,joint crimes committed by two or more persons and crimes committed in familiar sites.Those college student prisoners have significant difference with ordinary college students on three aspects of agreeableness,accountability and openness.Measures can be taken to strengthen the construction of early security attachment relationship,enhance students’adaptability to colleges and universities,and improve the social supporting system,so as to systematically promote the healthy development of college students’personality and effectively prevent crimes.
