摘要
通过实验方法研究农作物余料生产生态清洗剂的工艺并进行去污能力、环境友好性检测,探索既能消纳普遍存在于盆周丘陵山区的红薯藤等农作物余料减轻环境压力又能增加农户收入的途径,为农村实现经济、社会、生态“三效益”做贡献。结果表明:(1)设计了生态清洗剂生产设备图;(2)反复实验后总结出生产生态清洗剂原料和辅料配比,即农作物余料、瓜果余料、糖、食盐、干净水的配比为25%:5%:9%:1%:60%;(3)总结了生态清洗剂生产过程的发酵管理和生产管理要领,同时进行了去污能力和环境毒副作用观察试验。结论:(1)按照设计的生产工具和工艺流程进行发酵处理,生态清洗剂的生产工艺可行;(2)生态清洗剂不但去污性能强而且具有环境友好特性。
Method through the experiment research of crops excess stock ecological cleaner production technology and detection of decontamination capability,environment friendly,to explore both can be given are widespread in the PenZhou hilly crops such as sweet potato vine remaining material can reduce the pressure of environment and ways to increase farmers income,to realize rural economy,society and ecology"three benefits".The results showed that:(1)The production equipment diagram of ecological cleaning agent was designed;(2)After repeated experiments,it is concluded that the ratio of raw materials and auxiliary materials for the production of ecological cleaning agent is 25%:5%:9%:1%:60%,that is,the ratio of crop residues,melon and fruit residues,sugar,salt and clean water;(3)The key points of fermentation management and production management in the production process of ecological cleaning agent were summarized.At the same time,the observation tests of decontamination ability and environmental toxicity and side effects were carried out.Conclusion:(1)According to the designed production tools and technological process,the production process of ecological cleaning agent is feasible;(2)Eco-cleaning agent not only has strong decontamination performance but also has environmental friendly characteristics.
